If You do not accept these terms, please stop using the Website right away. Continuing to browse or completing a purchase confirms that You have read, understood, and accepted everything contained in this Agreement.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between You and NOVA GEAR regarding Your use of the Website, its content, and any products or services offered here, and it replaces any earlier discussions or agreements on the same topics. It is intended to be enforceable under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. You also agree not to access or use this Website in a way that would break the laws of Your state, province, or country. Credit Card Descriptor
Placing an order authorizes Us to charge Your card once for that purchase; this authorization expires once the order is complete, so You'll need to re-enter Your card details for any future order. Delivery Cost
Standard shipping is free (0.00 USD) on every order. Every order is tracked, and We email You the tracking number as soon as it ships. Orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive via USPS.
Refund Policy
Any fraudulent or unauthorized charge is refunded in full, shipping and handling included — email support@avenlonutrition.com to start that process. Outside of those cases, refunds are granted at Our discretion.
You have 30 days from the date You receive Your order to request a refund, whether the item has been opened or not. We issue one refund per product ordered; We won't process repeat refunds for the same item unless what arrived was defective, and We may decline refund requests from customers who ask for them repeatedly or, in Our view, in bad faith.
To process a refund, We'll need Your name and delivery address — missing or incorrect details will slow things down. Once a refund is approved, expect it to post to Your card within about 15 business days, depending on Your bank. For anything refund-related, reach out to Our Customer Service Department.
Return Policy
Start a return by calling customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which You should write on the outside of Your package. Send the item to Our fulfillment center within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping is Your responsibility and will be deducted from Your refund. Once Our fulfillment center receives and verifies the return, We'll issue Your refund to Your original payment method, usually visible on Your statement within about 15 business days.

Shipping Terms
Your order ships in the quantity purchased, within 3–5 business days, delivered via USPS. Standard shipping is free (0.00 USD), so no shipping fee is charged. Note that packages do not go out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. NOVA GEAR cannot promise an exact delivery date or time.

NONE OF THESE WARRANTIES EXTEND TO ANY THIRD PARTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO PART OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

NOVA GEAR works to keep product descriptions, images and technical specifications accurate. Some compatibility, performance, battery-life, wireless-range, charging-speed and similar information may come from manufacturers, testing organizations or other outside sources ("Third Parties"). We cannot guarantee that Third-Party information is free of errors. Specifications and performance descriptions may vary with the connected device, environment, settings and normal production tolerances.
Product images are provided for presentation purposes and may show products in styled settings. Colors, finishes, dimensions and included accessories may vary slightly by display, supplier or production batch. Customers should review the listed specifications and setup guidance and use reasonable care around batteries, charging equipment, magnets, electricity, heat, cables and moving parts.

YOUR REPRESENTATIONS

NOVA GEAR may end this Agreement without notice, or refuse to sell to anyone it reasonably believes has broken these Terms, misused Our Products or services, or failed to provide enough information for Us to verify their identity, address, or other contact details.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NOVA GEAR — along with its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents — harmless from any claim, action, loss, liability, expense, cost, or demand (including reasonable legal and accounting fees, subject to Louisiana's applicable cost-taxation guidelines) resulting directly or indirectly from Your use or misuse of the Website, Your inability to use it, or Your breach of this Agreement. NOVA GEAR will promptly notify You by email of any such claim and will cooperate fully, at Your expense, in its defense. If We don't hear back from You promptly, We may defend the claim ourselves and seek full reimbursement from You.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION
If a dispute comes up, We each agree to first reach out to the other with a written explanation of the issue, any relevant documents, and a proposed resolution. No Trial By Jury
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS, EACH OF US GIVES UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION, OR OTHER PROCEEDING.
No Class Actions
YOU AGREE NOT TO COMBINE YOUR CLAIM WITH ANY OTHER PERSON'S OR ENTITY'S CLAIM, OR TO BRING A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF ANYONE ELSE, IN ANY LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION, OR OTHER PROCEEDING.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement, and any dispute connected to it, to Your use of Our Website, Our Intellectual Property, or any other matter involving NOVA GEAR, is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
SEVERABILITY
If a court finds any part of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to whatever extent is still permitted, and the rest of the Agreement stays in full effect.
NO WAIVER
If NOVA GEAR doesn't enforce a provision at some point, that doesn't waive Our right to enforce it later. If a court finds any term unenforceable, that finding won't affect the validity of the remaining terms, and the invalid term will simply be removed from the Agreement.
HEADINGS
Section headings exist only for convenience and don't affect how this Agreement is interpreted.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Parties regarding Your access to and use of the Website and Your purchase and use of Our Products, replacing any earlier written or spoken agreements on the same subject.
